What clients say

Dan is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable, we were a first time home buyers and we had a million and one questions and Dan answered everything we asked. It is very refreshing to see somebody so confident and knowledgeable these days. Will be happy to work again with Dan in the future.

We came across Dan just by clicking on a house listing online and he came out to show us the listing and then willingly started showing us around […]. We were amazed that Dan made the trip up for the weekend to show us a handful of properties. Overall, it was a total fluke how we came across Dan but he proved to be one of the best realtors out there just by his actions, not by his sales pitch. We definitely did our due diligence when choosing a realtor, we actually met with 6 realtors in person before going with Dan. Overall, he was always available, quick to respond (which you need in this market), helpful to find out information from the city, and was always willing to keep searching. Dan helped us to sell our […] house quick! Within one week it was sold, with a line up down the street. He then helped us find our new house […]. We will definitely call Dan for future purchases.

An absolutely awesome realtor! Dan Marusin is the best realtor that I have ever seen. He helped me with purchasing a coach house […]. Not only was he professional, patient and understanding of my needs; he went above and beyond his responsibilities as a realtor. I highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to buy or sell a property.

Great experience with Dan! We're first time home buyers and he navigated us throughout the process. Found great offer and helped to negotiate. Thank you, Dan!

Dan was a great person to work with! I needed to sell my home, and he made the whole process super easy. Very patient man too, any questions I had, he answered it and was very knowledgeable. It was such an awesome experience working with Dan, one of the best realtors for sure!
